2nd Edition of the GLIC IPR and Startup Course titled On Empowering Entrepreneurs: Harnessing IPR for Startup Success

GLIC in collaboration with the GNLU Centre for Intellectual Property Rights is organising the 2nd Edition of the GLIC IPR and Startup Course titled On Empowering Entrepreneurs: Harnessing IPR for Startup Success on 20 and 21 March 2026 at Gujarat National Law University .

This short term course is designed to equip students with practical insights on
* Role of IPR in startups
* Patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret protection
* IP valuation and licensing
* Enforcement and dispute resolution
* Securing competitive advantage and investments

Sessions will be conducted by leading practitioners including

Ms. Vindhya S. Mani, Partner, Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan Attorneys

Eligibility: Open to students from second year onwards in UG Law and students across colleges

Fee upon selection: ₹2000 for GNLU students | ₹2500 for other students

Internship Opportunity: 11 to 13 participants will be shortlisted for internship through a two level assessment process.
