I lead and oversee operations across Kacheri Diaries’ Northern, Eastern, and Western regions, ensuring smooth coordination, strategic alignment, and effective execution of initiatives at a national level. My responsibility involves managing regional workflows, supporting team collaboration, and strengthening KD’s presence across diverse geographies as we continue to scale.
KD Reflections:
What I value most about working with Kacheri Diaries is its people-first leadership approach. The organization functions without rigid hierarchies, allowing every team member’s voice to be heard and valued. This culture of trust, collaboration, and shared ownership enables us to work with clarity, accountability, and a strong sense of purpose while creating real impact on the ground.
A defining moment in my journey with KD was our field visit to Uruli Kanchan village. Engaging directly with the local community, understanding their way of life, and experiencing their realities firsthand was deeply impactful. It reinforced the importance of intentional, community-driven work and strengthened my commitment to KD’s vision of meaningful and responsible growth.
